Use the NFC marker or QR code on the product to open its digital experience.

The mobile experience guides you through the product-specific interaction, including AR where available.

TWO WAYS IN
NFC — TAP
A small chip lives inside the product. Hold the top edge of your phone flat against it for a second, and a link appears. Works through fabric and cases on most recent phones with NFC turned on.
QR — SCAN
A printed code on the product or its tag. Open your camera app, point it at the code, and tap the link that pops up. Good light and a steady hand are all it takes.

Do I need an app?
Every product page spells out exactly what its experience needs before you buy. If an experience ever requires an app or a specific device, we say so right there — no surprises after checkout.
Which phones work?
Most recent iPhone and Android devices support QR activation. NFC availability varies by device and settings. Product pages identify any experience-specific requirements.
My tap or scan isn't working. What now?
For QR: add light, hold steady, and wipe your camera lens. For NFC: remove a thick phone case and touch the top edge of your phone directly to the chip area for a full second. Still stuck? Message us through the contact page and we will get you unlocked.
Can the experience change after I buy?
Digital experiences may be updated over time, allowing a physical product to connect to new or refreshed content. Any third-party digital items or benefits are governed by the terms stated on the applicable product page.
Does unlocking cost anything?
Access to the MEDIALIFE activation is included with the product unless otherwise stated. Any third-party digital items, commerce benefits or platform entitlements are subject to the terms shown on the applicable product page.
