MEDIALIFE Shipping Policy

Processing. In-stock orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Pre-orders ship within 30 to 45 days after the pre-order close date unless the product page states otherwise. Processing may take longer during drops, restocks and holidays.

Delivery estimates after shipment. North America: 7 to 14 business days. Europe and Oceania: 8 to 22 business days. Carrier and customs timing is outside our control; delayed or returned shipments are reshipped.

Tracking. If your shipping option includes tracking, your tracking number is emailed when the order is fulfilled. Allow up to 5 business days for the first update. Small items shipped in envelopes, such as stickers, do not include tracking.

Lost or stolen packages. Tracked shipments that never arrive are covered with a refund or reshipment. Untracked options ship at your own risk. Please double check your address, including unit numbers; we cannot replace packages sent to an incorrectly entered address.

Customs and duties. Import duties and taxes vary by country and are the recipient's responsibility. We declare the full order value as required by law.

Delivery locations. We ship to home addresses and private PO boxes, not to public locations such as restaurants or public lockers.
