MEDIALIFE Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Please check the size chart on the product page and confirm your shipping address before ordering.

Size exchanges. We offer size exchanges on select apparel. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Email [email protected] with your order number, the item and the size you need, then ship the item to: MEDIALIFE, 175 W 60th St, New York, NY 10023, USA. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. After inspection you receive store credit for the correct size.

Damaged or defective items. Contact us within 10 days of delivery at [email protected] with your name, order number and a photo, and we will issue a full refund or replacement. This includes activated products whose tap or scan feature does not work as described.

Cancellations. Orders can be canceled or changed only before our shipping team processes them. Email us as soon as possible.

Pre-orders. Pre-orders are made to order and final sale. Production timelines are listed on the product page in business days.
